Dennis Shedric Taylor

Dennis S. Taylor, 67 of Lexington, passed away on February 21, 2021 in Austin, Texas.  He was born on January 30, 1954 in Lee County, Texas to proud parents, Jimmie Lee Taylor, Sr. and Bertha Lou (Mitchell) Taylor.  He attended and graduated from Lexington High School.

He was preceded in death by:  his parents, Jimmie and Bertha Taylor; two brothers, Jimmie Lee Taylor, Jr. and Theodore Taylor; and one grandson, Deguone Matlock.
He is survived by:  two daughters, Lizzie Taylor and Rashanda Taylor of Austin, Texas; three sisters, Clara Flowers(Thomas) of Longview, Texas, Laura McIntosh and Vincetta Taylor both of Fort Worth, Texas; one brother, Waymon Taylor of Lexington, Texas; grandchildren, Ashley Taylor, Debroah Taylor, Jerrissie Wilson, Elizabeth Taylor, Reginald Clay, Alexis Givhan and LaDarrian Clay; 10 great-grandchildren; one aunt, Gladys McDowell of Lincoln, Texas; and two uncles, William Mitchell and James Mitchell of Lincoln, Texas; and a host of other relatives and friends.
